The hotel is conveniently located, just a short walk from the city centre and right by St Paul's Square. The spacious rooms are reasonably homely and offer a comfortable stay. The facilities are great, with loads of restaurants and bars within easy walking distance, allowing guests to make the most of the surrounding area.

Some minor issues were reported, such as difficulty finding the car park and a few maintenance problems like broken toilet roll holders and cracked tiles.

I had an absolutely fabulous stay at Jewellery Suites! The apartment was beautifully presented and every little detail had been considered. From the hair dryer with diffuser attachment to the complimentary toiletries, they truly went above and beyond. The location was fantastic, with a pleasant walk along the canal to the ICC where my conference was held. Despite being seconds away from bars and restaurants, the area was surprisingly quiet at night. I couldn't have asked for a better stay!

The Jewellery Suites in Birmingham was great value for money with a spacious and homely flat. The room was clean, well-equipped, and had comfy beds. The location was perfect for shopping for jewellery, and there were plenty of good bars and restaurants nearby. The staff were helpful and provided accurate directions and access codes.

The breakfast offerings could be improved.

The location of the hotel was excellent, right by St Paul's Square and very close to everything. The apartment itself was spacious and clean, with a well-equipped kitchen and comfortable living room. The parking was secure and free, which was a great advantage. the apartment had amenities such as a fireplace and Netflix, making it a cozy and enjoyable stay.

One minor inconvenience was that the lighting in one of the bedrooms was insufficient, but it did not detract from the overall experience.

The apartment was lovely and well-kept, with a welcome pack on arrival. The amenities in the apartment were the best I've seen, and the size of the rooms and living area was impressive. The location was central yet surprisingly quiet, with a range of restaurants and coffee shops nearby. The secure parking was a bonus. We would definitely recommend the Jewellery Suites for a perfect stay in Birmingham.

The cleanliness of the property was subpar, with hairs and stains in the bed and dust around the property. The bedroom had hair in the shower, bath, and had an unpleasant odor.
