Had a great Xmas break here! the rooms were spacious and luxurious, with a beautiful roll top bath in the room. the views of the countryside were stunning. the pub downstairs had a fantastic selection of food and drinks, and the staff were friendly.

There were a few downsides. the rooms were dusty and poorly lit, with limited instructions on how to use amenities.

The atmosphere at the hotel was great, with friendly staff and a good selection of real ale. the room was comfortable and had nice touches like a diy cocktail set and chocolates. the bathroom was clean and spacious.

The food was a bit disappointing, with the burger being just okay and the chips being soggy. the food also arrived lukewarm, which was a letdown.

The staff were excellent and very helpful. The restaurant had a well-balanced menu and interesting wines. The room was spacious with a beautiful view over the fields.

Bathroom smelled terrible.

I recently stayed at The Joiners Arms for a weekend getaway. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive. The breakfast was exceptional, and the food we ordered in the evening arrived promptly and was delicious. The new shepherds hut, 'The Rede', had a lovely decor and the room was spacious and comfortable. The dimmable lights and huge shower were great features. I also loved the complimentary drinks and ingredients to make cocktails in the room. a gem of a hotel with fantastic service and amenities. Would love to stay again sometime. 100% recommend this hotel.

Had a lovely stay at a beautiful boutique hotel with excellent attention to detail in the decor. The room was luxurious and the shower was great. The staff were friendly and attentive, providing fantastic service throughout our stay. The location was perfect, with a short walk to beautiful sandy beaches. The breakfast was particularly good, and we loved the cocktail menu in the restaurant. a very comfortable and enjoyable experience.

Although our main meal in the restaurant was good, it wasn't excellent. Additionally, the parking outside the hotel was quite difficult.

Stayed two nights for a business trip and the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Room was very comfortable with excellent facilities. Key location facts are great, with access to beautiful coastal villages nearby. Breakfast was superb and very tasty.

The noise level of the rooms was a bit disruptive. You could hear constant banging and squeaking throughout the night.

This hotel provided us with a luxurious stay, fulfilling all our exclusive amenities needs. the service was impeccable, with friendly staff always ready to help. the sun terrace, with beach access, was a highlight of our stay. the gardens were beautifully maintained and provided a relaxing atmosphere. Our exclusive room had all the advantages we needed, including outdoor dining areas and private facilities.

The snack bar could have had more variety on its menu, but this was only a minor issue compared to the overall excellent service provided by this hotel. this venue was an exceptional experience with high-class amenities that met all our needs.

We had a fantastic time at this lovely coastal hotel. The young staff were incredibly attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The room was beautifully decorated with quirky touches and had everything we needed, including a fridge. The hotel's location was ideal for exploring the stunning coastline. The food was absolutely delicious, and we especially enjoyed the complementary cocktail making kit in the room. a great place for families with children.

We felt truly spoilt during our stay at this hotel, with no complaints whatsoever.

We had a fabulous stay at this lovely little Inn in a quiet location. The staff were very friendly and attentive, and the room exceeded our expectations. It was beautiful, very clean, and had a hospitality tray and toiletries provided. The hotel is in the very finest of locations, with easy access to the lovely beaches in Upper Newton-by-Sea. The breakfast was also very, very good.

chathill stay exceeded expectations during honeymoon. lovely, spacious room with awesome shower and generous tea/coffee. staff were very pleasant and it was convenient to eat there after long journey. the bath at the end of the bed was amazing!
