The hotel is in a fantastic location, very close to the metro station and on the waterfront. Situated in the Jesmond neighborhood of Newcastle, it offers easy access to the surrounding area. The rooms are clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and a well-maintained bathroom. The staff is friendly and accommodating, providing good service throughout the stay. The breakfast is delicious, with a variety of options to choose from.

There were some noise issues from neighboring establishments, which could disrupt sleep.

They have a really good selection of drinks and food. Car parking space available. Staff in the bar were all lovely & so friendly. Plenty of sport on the TVs. Allowed to leave our car on day of check out. Delicious burgers. Traditional breakfast with many varieties. Courteous staff. Friendly, smiley reception staff. Room size is spacious. Liked the location. Double bed was fairly comfortable. Lots of lighting in the room. Plenty of bars and food establishments. Small, private, free parking.

The room was modern and comfortable, with friendly staff willing to provide recommendations for exploring the city. the included breakfast had a variety of freshly cooked options and cereals, ensuring a satisfying start to the day. the location was ideal, placing us within walking distance of bars, restaurants, and attractions.

While the room itself was pleasant, the bathroom did not match the same standard, which was a slight disappointment. the hotel's prices were on the higher side, making it a bit expensive for what was offered.

This hotel is in a great area with loads of shops, bars, and restaurants nearby. It's also conveniently located close to the Metro for easy trips into town. The rooms have pleasant modern decor, and the beds are very comfortable. I also appreciated the attention to detail with the lovely extra touch of biscuits provided. The breakfast served here is fantastic, with good quality products and decent bread for toast. The staff were friendly and provided great service, contributing to the overall hospitality of this hotel.

The room was compact, clean, and had contemporary decor. The en suite shower room was nicely decorated and well maintained. The breakfast in the dining area of the bar downstairs was very good with a variety of options, including cereals, fruit, yogurt, and cooked items like bacon sandwiches. The staff at check-in were friendly and helpful, and they made great accommodations for my dog. The hotel provided easy parking at the back, and despite being in a lively area, the room was quiet and undisturbed.

We had a blast at the Kenilworth Hotel! The karaoke night and the lively casino really made our stay unforgettable. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our visit.
