The location of this apartment is fantastic, with some fantastic restaurants close by and a pub right next door. Being in the city centre, it's convenient for exploring. The apartment itself is spacious and clean, with modern and stylish furnishings. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the large fridge with an ice maker is a great bonus. The bathroom is nice, and the underfloor heating adds a touch of luxury. Plus, there is a laundry facility in the basement.

The check-in process could be stressful due to miscommunication and a lack of clarity about the check-in window.

The facilities were top-notch, with comfortable beds, an excellent shower, and fantastic kitchen appliances. The location was a major plus, as it was within walking distance of the Barbican, the seafront, and the city centre shopping area.

The check-in process was a bit stressful, with miscommunication about the arrival time and the need to call half an hour beforehand. the reservation for 4 people was only set for 2, causing a delay in getting the extra bedding and towels.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, with close proximity to some fantastic restaurants in the city centre. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with comfortable beds, an excellent shower, and fantastic kitchen appliances. The staff were incredibly thoughtful, considerate, and friendly, making us feel very welcome. Cleanliness was also of a very high standard, and we felt right at home with everything we needed/expected.

I recently stayed at the Kensington Suite for a few nights while exploring Plymouth. The space was amazing, with beautiful furnishings that made it feel like a home away from home. Everything I needed was provided, and the property was spotlessly clean. The facilities were top-notch, from the comfortable beds to the excellent shower and fantastic kitchen appliances. The location was ideal, with popular attractions like the Barbican and the seafront just a short walk away. it was a fabulous stay!

Would definitely recommend this hotel.
