We were warmly welcomed with our two dogs. Attentive and friendly staff. Delicious meals. Comfortable, well-decorated rooms. Dog-friendly dining area. Convenient off-road parking. Plenty of dog walking routes in the peaceful village.

Stayed at The Kings Arms for a relaxing 2-night break. Staff were friendly and attentive. Dog-friendly accommodation with special meals for our furry friend. Enjoyed the delicious and plentiful meals, including a Sunday carvery. Quiet location and comfortable room with clean bedding. Ample supply of tea, coffee, and oat bars. Will definitely recommend and return if in the area again.

Great place to stay! Comfy bed in a lovely spacious room. Quick check-in and friendly staff. Good breakfast offer included in our room price. Coffee and water in the room were a nice touch. the location was perfect, with easy access to key attractions and scenic spots. the room was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed for our romantic escape.

Soundproofing of the door could be better, as we could hear everything going on outside our room. the bathroom was a bit small and the toilet seat wouldn't stay up without holding it.

The staff were friendly and efficient, and the food was excellent. the breakfast included a wide selection of options and the full Devon breakfast was cooked to perfection. the location was ideal, with plenty of beautiful places to visit nearby.

The room was uncomfortably small for two people and a dog. the bathroom was tiny and difficult to navigate, and the room itself was hot and airless.

As a satisfied guest, I recently stayed at the Kings Arms in Otterton for a short break. The staff were incredibly friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and the food at the pub was excellent. The hotel is conveniently located near the Donkey Sanctuary and the stunning Jurassic coast. Otterton itself is a charming village, perfect for relaxing walks along the River Otter and enjoying delicious cream teas at Otterton Mill. The Kings Arms is also dog-friendly, with a separate menu for furry friends. a great hotel experience.

The Kings Arms offers a great location, with close proximity to the river and being situated on the NCR2 cycle route, which was convenient for us as we were on a cycling trip. The pub also had a lovely conservatory where we could relax and enjoy the surroundings. The staff were friendly and efficient, and the food was of good quality.

Despite the positive aspects, the bathroom facilities could have been improved, as the toilet cistern took a long time to refill and the shower floor was slippery.

The full English breakfast was excellent. The hotel was genuinely pet-friendly, with our dog allowed anywhere and even had his own menu. The waitress always gave him a treat! There were plenty of walks around the village. The staff were very friendly and efficient. It was a good base for touring the local area.

The continental breakfast was sufficient with a decent choice to choose from. You could opt to pay extra for a cooked breakfast if required. the rooms were clean with two bottles of water and a very good bed. the key location in the pretty village made it a convenient base for exploring the area. the pub was busy, which added to the lively atmosphere.

The staff didn't keep on top of things running out, so I had to keep finding them to ask for more butter/hot water/cups etc. I felt that the bar closed a little early, which was a letdown as I would have liked to enjoy the hostelry a little longer during my New Year stay.

Continental breakfast had decent choices and option for a cooked breakfast. Pub and car park were busy but managed to find parking. Rooms were clean with complimentary water and comfortable beds. Staff was welcoming and attentive.
