This hotel is a gem! the staff are incredibly warm and welcoming, making you feel right at home. The rooms are basic but have everything you need, including big comfy beds and a good shower. The atmosphere in the pub itself is brilliant, with its cute decor and character-filled nik naks. Plus, the location is perfect for exploring the beautiful countryside and nearby tourist attractions.

The pet-friendly policy was a bonus, and my dog was treated like a VIP with treats and lots of attention. This traditional UK pub with B&B rooms provided a real pub atmosphere, making our stay enjoyable. The friendly staff and locals created a warm and inviting environment. The delicious and plentiful dinner, as well as the made-to-order breakfast, left us satisfied. The comfortable and clean room was nicely decorated, and the location was excellent for exploring the countryside.

Although the pub itself had a cozy atmosphere, the exterior of the building looked a bit run down.

The place was easy to locate and had a great atmosphere. the rooms were spacious, clean, and had all the necessary amenities you need for a pleasurable stay. the breakfast was satisfying and just what we needed to start the day.

There was no provision for cleaning the room or replacing tea and coffee supplies. the lack of meals on-site and music playing until late in the night were a let-down.

Nothing, all was good.

Great hosts, good food, lots of extras in the room eg towelling bathrobes, toiletries in the bathroom, as well as the usual tea/coffee making facilities and flat screen TV. No problem taking the dog. the bed was really comfortable and we had a lovely ensuite bathroom.

The location on the A road made it quite noisy once the traffic started, but that can't be helped.

had an amazing stay at a lovely b&b in Stratton, prices were reasonable, and the food was excellent, especially the generous portions and delicious dinner with local cider. Upgraded room was comfy and breakfast had plenty of options. Would definitely stay here again.
