The rooms at this hotel were well kept and spacious, with a recent renovation that made them clean and inviting. Although there was no opening window, the overall ambiance of the room was pleasant. Additionally, the beautiful pub and the breakfast were both highlights of our stay.

The staff are friendly and provide excellent service, accommodating individual requests for breakfast. The rooms, although lacking a wardrobe or adequate storage space on the top floor, are clean and tidy, and the basic amenities are provided, including a kettle and TV. The breakfast included in the price is generous and delicious.

Amazing glamping pod with comfortable bed, hot/cold running water, and proper toilet and shower. Lovely meals in the pub's restaurant with a good menu and well-cooked dishes. The location is great, close to Welshpool for the steam railway and Lake Vyrnwy for a day trip.

One of the rooms above the pub was noisy due to pub customers enjoying the sunshine outside. The staff could improve their customer service skills and make outsiders feel more welcome in the bar.

The location, on the grounds of a pub, is perfect for enjoying a delicious meal followed by late-night drinks and a short walk back to the cosy tent accommodation. The staff were welcoming and accommodating, ensuring that individual requests for breakfast were met. Despite limited transportation options, the hotel was fine for me as I had my motorcycle. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet considering it was a Saturday night. The basic amenities were excellent, and the shower was amazing. the value for money and attention to detail were exceptional.
