The hotel is centrally located, right next to the pub and close to the station and bus station. It is also near a very smoky casino. The staff were helpful and polite, and the room was spotlessly clean.

The room was spacious and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed and all the necessary amenities. We especially enjoyed the tea and coffee provided, along with the delicious shortbread. The location of the hotel was excellent, right in the heart of the city center, making it convenient to explore shops, pubs, and clubs. Despite a few minor drawbacks, overall I would highly recommend this hotel for a shorter stay.

The room was a good size and clean, with a decent TV and plenty of lamps and plug points for charging. the towels were replaced and the bed was made daily. the hotel staff were friendly and accommodating.

The room was uncomfortably hot and there was no air conditioning or fan available. the noise from the outside drinking area was disruptive, making it difficult to sleep at night.

The well-maintained rooms offer comfortable beds and clean bathrooms, complemented by helpful and friendly staff. Guests can also enjoy facilities such as kettle, tea/coffee, biscuits, and hairdryer.

I had a wonderful stay here! The hotel was spotless and had all the amenities I needed. It was so convenient being right in the heart of the city, close to all the shops and restaurants. Plus, it was just a short walk from the railway station. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.

My stay at this hotel was superb. The location near the bus terminal was very convenient for catching my tour bus. Despite a noisy street-facing room, I had a very comfortable and restful sleep in the cozy bed. The hotel's modern and clean interior was a pleasure to experience, and the provided bottled water was much appreciated. I would definitely recommend this hotel for its convenient location and comfortable amenities.

our recent stay in inverness was amazing. we decided to give this place another chance and stayed at this cozy hotel. the location was perfect, with great restaurants nearby and easy access to the train station. the shower was fantastic, the bed was super comfy, and the room was quiet and peaceful. exceeded our expectations!

This hotel had a great location, situated in the heart of the city, with plenty of shops and cafes right on your doorstep. It was also conveniently close to the station, making it easy to explore the surrounding areas. The room was well-equipped with a large, luxurious bathroom and comfortable bed. The Wetherspoons downstairs served a tasty breakfast and was great value for money.

The noise from the nearby casino, which produced a lot of smoke.

Great value for money, centrally located in Inverness. Rooms are clean and well-maintained with good facilities and adjustable heating. The extra-large comfy bed made for a great night's sleep. Breakfast on 24th April included delicious porridge.

The two complementary facts offered were good, but the location was the best aspect. Close to the city center and great restaurants, it was easy to walk around. the room was comfortable and had a good view.

The hotel lacked warmth and the staff were not very helpful. the front desk was not always staffed, which caused delays and frustration.
