We had the most amazing stay at a beautiful hotel near stunning tourist spots. The value for money was exceptional, with a modern and spacious room, delightful dining room, and unlimited use of a top-notch spa. The room was incredibly quiet, even with a wedding party nearby. Almost faultless, with a minor issue with breakfast. we highly recommend this hotel.

The location was perfect, on the outskirts of Snowdonia in a lovely rural area. The hotel itself was surrounded by beautiful grounds, away from the sound of the motorway. I enjoyed stunning views of the village from the terrace of my room. The room was well equipped with all the amenities I needed, including a flat-screen TV and a cozy carpeted floor. The dining experience was exceptional, with a delicious dinner and a varied breakfast choice. The highlight of my stay was the spa and wellness centre, where I indulged in rejuvenating treatments and relaxed in the heated swimming pool and jacuzzi. this place provided me with enhanced comfort and quality services.

The food at the hotel was fantastic, from the first bite to the last. We also appreciated the fact that the hotel allowed us to bring our dog, as not many hotels offer this option. the location of the hotel was great, with easy access to nearby attractions and beautiful scenery.

Super dog-friendly, with access to restaurant and bar. Staff were friendly and efficient. Convenient location to stunning local beaches like Conwy and Prestatyn. Would definitely return with my pooch for good walks in the countryside surroundings.

The breakfast was delicious, with a great selection of hot items that were kept fresh and warm. we felt relaxed and enjoyed our weekend break here. Lovely location, staff very helpful, lots of breakfast choices. The staff were sensitive and allowed us to check in early for a funeral. The receptionist waived our food bill after a slight issue with room service. Exceptional help provided when my husband fell ill, including contacting emergency services. The Operations manager offered a free future stay for my husband's recovery.

Felt really like home, nothing was too much trouble.

The walls were paper-thin which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. the bed was also uncomfortable due to the springs being felt.
