We loved our stay at this hotel. The owner, Chris, was extremely helpful and made us feel comfortable. The room was very clean and spacious, with everything we needed. The bed was super-comfy and we had a great night's sleep. The hotel is ideally situated near the centre, just down the road from the seafront and very close to the beach. We were able to easily reach the promenade, tower, and pubs. Plus, the breakfast provided was quick and filling. we had a fantastic stay.

I recently stayed at a charming B&B in Blackpool for a few nights. From the warm welcome upon arrival to the spacious and spotless room, everything was perfect. The comfortable bed ensured a fantastic night's sleep, and the delicious breakfast options were both generous and filling. The owners were attentive and accommodating, even going the extra mile to make popcorn when they didn't have the snack we wanted. I couldn't fault this place and will definitely be returning.

I had a fantastic stay at a bright and spacious bed and breakfast recently. The hosts, Chris and Pete, were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The room was spotless and had great amenities like tea and coffee facilities. I even found a small iron and board, which was very useful. The breakfast was delicious and made to order. I was so impressed with my stay that I've already booked another visit for next month. Keep up the good work!

We had an amazing stay at Kirkview! The room was cozy, bright, and incredibly clean. The value for money was excellent and the location was perfect for exploring all the attractions. Chris and Pete were fantastic hosts, always available and happy to help with anything we needed.

I had an amazing time at this hotel! The location was perfect - it was very close to the beach, just a short walk to the promenade, and near the central belt, so I was close to mostly everything. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel was clean and had all the necessary facilities. it was excellent value for money.

The hospitality of the owner Chris was exceptional, making me feel welcome and at home during my stay. The cooked breakfast provided was delicious and the portions were just right. Additionally, the location of the hotel was ideal, being close to the city center and key attractions, making it convenient for exploring the area.

One drawback was the lack of onsite parking, but I found a nearby car park just a few minutes away for a reasonable price. Additionally, the layout of the room was slightly inconvenient, with the toilet being separate from the sink and the windows unable to be opened, limiting fresh air circulation.

I recently stayed at a lovely guest house in Blackpool for a three-day Christmas break. The host was warm and friendly, accommodating my early arrival and even offering me a complimentary room upgrade. The room itself was spacious, quiet, and comfortable, with a very cozy bed. The breakfast service was excellent, with a delicious freshly cooked full English breakfast and plenty of refills offered. The owner took a genuine interest in his guests and we had a wonderful chat over breakfast. I would highly recommend and happily stay again!
