The location of the guest house is excellent, just a short walk from the town centre and close to shops. The rooms are spacious, well-equipped, and very clean. The staff are welcoming and friendly, providing excellent service. the guest house offers the use of a separate kitchen for guests, allowing for a convenient and quiet meal preparation option.

The guest house is located near a main road, so some traffic noise may be heard from certain rooms.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The rooms were bright and clean, with a comfortable bed and a good shower with plenty of hot water. There was even a large kitchen available for guests to use, which was a great feature. The location was excellent, with lots of places nearby for breakfast and a nice pub within walking distance for evening meals. The staff were friendly and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. we had a fantastic experience here and would highly recommend it to others.

Although my stay was mostly enjoyable, there were a few minor issues that I encountered. I had booked a deluxe family room with 1 double and 2 single beds for an additional cost.

We had a fantastic stay at this guest house! The staff were lovely, friendly, and helpful. The rooms were large and spotlessly clean, with fresh white towels provided. The beds were made daily and the tea making area was kept clean. The hotel also had a very well equipped kitchen/dining area, with a washing machine, ironing facilities, and two fridge freezers available for use. The location was perfect for us, as it was very near our favorite restaurant, "Whitehouses", and right at the entrance and next to reception. This made it convenient for exploring the city. In addition, the price for all of these amazing features was exceptional. We will definitely be staying here again!

The staff were very friendly and kept in contact with me before and on the day of my arrival. The room was spacious and warm, making me feel right at home. The cleanliness of everything was impeccable, and I lacked for nothing during my stay. The hotel facilities were modern and well-maintained. The convenient onsite parking, including covered bays, was a thoughtful touch. Additionally, the location was great, as it was close to the town centre and within walking distance to a pub.

The hotel was in a great location, with easy access to a nearby supermarket. Having access to a communal kitchen was a bonus, as we could prepare our own meals.

We did notice some minor cleanliness issues, such as debris on the carpet and a malfunctioning extractor fan in the bathroom. However, these were easy to overlook and did not detract from our overall experience.
