Despite the basic amenities, the hotel paid attention to small details like providing a bottle of water in the room. Additionally, the inclusive breakfast was a great start to the day.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom had some nice touches, with a fabulous bath and shower. The staff were warm and friendly, making me feel welcome from start to finish. The pub had a restaurant with delicious food made from fresh, local produce. The cooked breakfast on Saturday was a nice treat, and the coffee was decent. it was a wonderful stay.

One small drawback was that the restaurant was only available to an outside party on quiz night, so I couldn't try their amazing food on that particular evening.
