The location of the hotel is perfect, adjacent to the check-in area and on the boating lake in Regents Park. It is also very close to a central tube station, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms are comfortable and clean, and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet offers a good variety of options and the lounge area is a nice place to relax.

The bathrooms in the rooms are quite small and could benefit from some renovation.

We particularly enjoyed the welcome drink upon arrival and the assistance with tours and tickets. The room amenities were excellent, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a great bonus, and the soundproofed rooms ensured a peaceful night's sleep. The dining options were also impressive, with a delicious continental breakfast and a bar/lounge area for a relaxing evening. we were truly impressed with the comfort and quality services provided at this hotel.

Great hotel for a city break! Excellent breakfast with plenty of choices and the coffee is fantastic. , the location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the city close to many attractions. Another perk was the complimentary drinks and canapés in the evening, a perfect way to relax after a day of exploring.

The room was slightly disappointing. The bed was uncomfortable and the bathroom could have been cleaner.
