We absolutely loved our stay at this 4-star hotel! The location couldn't have been more perfect, situated in the prestigious neighborhood of Knightsbridge and surrounded by famous tourist spots. We were able to easily explore the area, as the hotel is conveniently located just a block away from the Knightsbridge station on the Piccadilly line.

We would highly recommend this hotel to our family.

The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the room was clean and spacious. the location was also a big plus - close to shopping and Winter Wonderland. the Nespresso machine was a nice touch and the free bottles of water every day were greatly appreciated.

The bathroom could use some improvements - I wasn't a fan of the shower over the bath. the fire alarms were a bit annoying at times and there was a lack of milk in the fridge.

We had a wonderful stay at The Capital Townhouse. The staff, particularly Charlotte and Marcelo, went above and beyond to ensure we felt special and welcomed throughout our stay. The housekeeping, led by Olga, kept our room impeccably clean and comfortable. The location is superb, with easy access to Harrods and excellent bus services to various attractions in London. The breakfast, served at the sister hotel next door, was extensive and delicious. we highly recommend this boutique hotel for a memorable stay in London.
