the limes guest house was even better than my previous stay in montrose. kirsty's warm welcome and attention to detail truly stood out. the clean room had everything we needed, from the well-stocked fridge to the fluffy towels in the spotless bathroom. the delicious cooked breakfast and beautiful dining room added to the perfect experience.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, being close to shops, restaurants, and the town centre. Additionally, it was in a very quiet area and within walking distance to a beautiful local beach. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities provided were excellent, including a separate lounge and conservatory for guests. The breakfast served was absolutely delicious and catered to all dietary needs. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay.

The location was perfect, just a short, easy walk to both the town centre and the local beach. We also appreciated the helpful staff, who gave us great recommendations for places to eat and things to see nearby.

During my recent stay at The Limes, I encountered a small issue with the key to my room upon arrival. However, the staff quickly resolved the issue and provided me with a new room. Despite the initial hiccup, the room itself was spotlessly clean and well-maintained.

The breakfast at The Limes was also a highlight of my stay. Although there was a slight delay in being served, once it arrived, the breakfast was delicious and well-cooked.

Upon arrival, I received a warm welcome, and my room was exactly what I needed. The breakfasts were outstanding, offering a delicious and filling "full Scottish" meal. The cleanliness, comfort, and affordability of this 3-star B&B were exceptional. With free Wi-Fi and access to a separate lounge and conservatory, it truly felt like a home away from home. And being just a 2-minute walk from the High St, it was a fantastic find.

Recently stayed at The Limes Guest House for a fantastic weekend getaway. The location was perfect, with the town, Montrose Basin, and the beach all within walking distance. The off-road parking was a bonus, and we didn't find exiting the car park to be a problem. The room was spacious and had all the amenities we needed, including a fridge and microwave. The garden was well-kept, and the breakfast was excellent. The sisters running the guest house were lovely and accommodating.
