The Thatch Inn in Gloucester provided excellent value for money. We were pleasantly surprised by the prices, which were more affordable than other options in the area. The attention to detail was impressive, from the small amenities like tea bags in our bedrooms to the comfortable beds with a view over the front yard. The friendly staff provided efficient service, and the full English breakfast at 8:45am, complete with toast, was included in the price.

Travelled for a wedding, found the Thatch Inn to be a perfect location near the M5 with plenty of parking. Friendly staff, comfy bed, and clean rooms. Excellent meal on Friday night, delicious breakfasts, and helpful information about the area. Thank you to all!

The Thatch Inn exceeded our expectations, considering its ongoing renovations. The rooms were clean, quiet, and had nice amenities like coat hangers. The staff, led by Megan, were friendly and went out of their way to make our evening meal with family memorable. The food, individually cooked to order, was fantastic, and the atmosphere was cozy and welcoming. we had a great value for our money and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

One small improvement could be made for the breakfast experience. It would have been better if the breakfast table was thoroughly cleaned, as we noticed a lot of dust on it.

During my Christmas stay at this country pub, I enjoyed the complementary cookie and hot chocolate in the lobby. the hotel is perfectly located near a shopping center and a beautiful park, making it easy to explore the area. the hotel provided a nice selection of complimentary toiletries.

The staff was rude and unattentive, and some of the food was undercooked. the room was also very small and cramped, with not enough space for our luggage.

Located in a nice quiet area, not far from the centre of Gloucester, this beautiful old pub offers comfortable rooms with clean bedding. The staff are friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast is reasonable. The bar area is lovely and the pub is well-decorated. The rooms have potential and there are some facilities available.

Some rooms may need updating and there are a few maintenance issues.

The location of the hotel is convenient, as it is right off the island and opposite a large Tesco supermarket. The room was comfortable and clean, and the bathroom was adequate for our needs. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was satisfying. We also appreciated the fact that there were facilities available for hanging clothes, although we were unable to hang dresses or long garments. it was a pleasant stay.

The internet signal and TV signal in the hotel were not consistently strong.
