Friendly staff, great location, and fast breakfast service. Clean room with comfortable beds and sparkling bathroom. Delicious food at the pub downstairs. Traditional and welcoming atmosphere.

The breakfast was good and the location was convenient for exploring the town. the room was also a good size for a family, which was a bonus.

The cleanliness of the hotel was a major disappointment. the room and surroundings were not well-maintained, with dirty carpets, cobwebs, and even a dirty sock under the bed.

We had a wonderful experience at the seaside inn. The location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from the beautiful coastline. The ambience of the pub was charming and we loved the traditional feel. The room we stayed in was clean with a comfortable bed and a great shower. The breakfast provided was delicious and the staff, especially Megan, were friendly and welcoming. The inn also offered easy access to other facilities in the area, such as restaurants and coffee shops. We received great value for our money at the Lobster Inn. The room was comfortable and clean, perfect for our stay. The location was exceptional, just a short walk from the seafront and train station. The staff provided excellent service and were very friendly, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.

The only improvement I would suggest for the breakfast option is to ensure the patio tables are cleaned regularly, as we noticed full ashtrays and cigarette stubs floating in rainwater.

This hotel is great value for money, with affordable rates and a fantastic location in the center of Sheringham. It's almost right at the seafront, making it perfect for beach lovers. Being a part of a friendly pub, you can enjoy a good choice of real ale during your stay.

The bed was really good, super king and nicely firm. The room had its own little balcony with a sea view. The staff were especially friendly and helpful. The location in a friendly pub with a great atmosphere.

I had an enjoyable time in a lovely location near the beach. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, with fantastic views of the sea. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was excellent, with tasty bacon and sausages. The hotel is conveniently located on the quay just around the corner, making it easy to explore the area.

The public spaces in the hotel felt a bit grubby and in need of some TLC.

I stayed in the "smugglers cottage," which was a self-contained living quarters with all the amenities I needed. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was a good size. I also loved the traditional feel of the pub in the evenings. I had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Noise at night was a drawback

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to offer suggestions and help. the location was perfect, right in the heart of the town and near the coastline, which was great for exploring. the room was clean and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the surroundings. the breakfast options were varied and delicious, and gluten-free options were also available which was a great added bonus.

The parking situation was a bit of a hassle, as there was no designated parking area for the hotel which caused inconvenience to park elsewhere. the lack of proper wardrobe in the room felt a bit inconvenient.

The room was spacious and had all necessary amenities. It had a good location near the beach and within walking distance to attractions. The breakfast and evening meal were delicious, and the staff was friendly and attentive. a great place to stay.

Stayed in a cozy cottage, room 9. Large comfortable bed with an extra single bed. TV, hairdryer, tea/coffee, water, and trouser press provided. Radiators and double glazed windows kept the room warm. Lovely shower and toiletries. Plentiful breakfast and convenient check-out time.
