The house is in a great location with easy access to the city centre and a lovely pub just around the corner. Spacious and well-equipped, it was a great base for our family trip to Edinburgh.

the location was fantastic, being so close to Arthur's Seat, Holyrood Park, and the heart of the city. We were able to easily explore Edinburgh by walking and cycling, and there was even a supermarket nearby for convenience. the house itself was spacious and comfortable, providing plenty of seating for our large group of 8 adults and 2 toddlers. We especially enjoyed the cozy communal areas, perfect for relaxing and spending time together. Plus, having a charming pub just a minute's walk away was a delightful bonus!

The location of the residence is ideal, with easy access to the city center attractions. You can enjoy walks in Holyrood park and Arthur's seat right outside the doorstep. The house is spacious and well-equipped, providing plenty of room for children to play. there is a local pub nearby serving good food.

The residence is starting to show signs of wear and tear, with outdated decor and broken tiles in the bathroom.

We absolutely loved the location of this property. It was situated right on the edge of a beautiful park and in a charming village. The convenience of having the oldest surviving pub in the city just a few minutes walk away was a major bonus for us. We were able to meet up with friends and enjoy a night of wining and dining at the Sheep Heid Inn. The outside of the residence was stunning, and the size of the property was perfect for our group of friends who were celebrating special milestones. The lounge and dining areas provided ample seating for all 10 of us, and we were pleased to find parking available for our cars right outside the garden gate.
