The Longboat Inn in Penzance was a great experience. The staff coped well with a difficult time and were always ready to help. The room, named Sennen, had everything we needed and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was superb, with vegetarian options available. The location was central and convenient, close to the railway station and Penzance Quay.

The location of this hotel was fantastic, with easy access to the town centre, seafront, and popular attractions. the double room was spacious, clean, and had a great view of the sea. the beds were comfortable, and the room had all the necessary facilities. the buffet breakfast had a wide variety of options and was delicious. the staff were very helpful and friendly.

The pipes in the bathroom made loud noises whenever water was used, which was a bit annoying. the service in the restaurant was a bit slow, and we had to chase staff for extra drinks.

We enjoyed the complimentary chocolates left in the room when we arrived, as well as the festive decorations that added to the Christmas spirit. the hotel was conveniently located close to the town center and the beach was only a short walk away. We also appreciated the free parking available to guests.
