Our stay at the lodge was amazing. The owner Chris was so responsive and accommodating, even letting us use the fire stick. Communication with Chris was fantastic and he helped us with anything we needed. The lodge itself had everything we could ask for and more. It was comfortable and had handy extras like a radio, first aid kit, and hairdryer. The shower was outstanding and overall, it was a peaceful and enjoyable experience. We would definitely stay here again. The hot tub would be a great added bonus in the future.

The lodge had everything we needed for our Christmas getaway. It was well-equipped with all the necessary amenities and even had extra touches like a fire stick, which we were allowed to use. Communication with the owner was fantastic, and they were very helpful with any requests or questions we had. The location was also key for us, as we used the site as a base to explore the surrounding area. We enjoyed watching the ducks, rabbits, and birds around the lodge, which made for a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.

That the site can get quite busy during peak times, like the summer and school holidays. We visited at the end of March, and it already felt crowded at times.
