The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was great. There was no problem with parking, and the breakfast provided was excellent. Annette, the owner, was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I highly recommend this place for a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

We had a fantastic stay at Lyndhurst Guest House. Annette and Darren, our wonderful hosts, were welcoming and friendly throughout our visit. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable, with a lovely balcony offering a great view of Britannia Pier and the sea. We also enjoyed ordering takeaway and the convenient walking distance to local attractions. The full English breakfast served in the beautiful dining room was a delicious start to our day. We highly recommend this fantastic guest house and look forward to returning soon.

The countdown to New Year was great and the fireworks were lovely. The beach was nearby and it was fun to walk around. There were restaurants and pubs easily accessible as well. Additionally, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

The breakfast was not appetizing at all. The staff at breakfast were unorganized, and my order was placed incorrectly. Also, the bathroom was not clean, and there was hair all over the floor. Unfortunately, the hotel did not live up to its expectations.

I had a fantastic time staying at this hotel in Great Yarmouth. The location couldn't have been better, right on the seafront and close to the city center. I loved having a room with a balcony, where I could enjoy the good view from the window. The bathroom was super clean and the fresh coffee served with breakfast on toast was a real treat.

We stayed at The Lyndhurst for 2 nights and had a fantastic experience. The owners and staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Our deluxe double room was lovely, with a comfy king-size bed and crisp bedding. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a beautifully laid-out table. The location was perfect, close to the seafront and pubs. We also loved Colin, the adorable dog who added an extra touch of warmth to our stay. Great value for money!

We had an incredible stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable. The rooms were spacious, immaculate, and well-maintained. We appreciated the cleanliness of the entire hotel, including the dining area and guest facilities. The location was perfect, being very close to the beach and right on the seafront. We also found it convenient that there was parking available nearby, even though there was a small fee for 24 hours. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from, and it was cooked to order. the hotel facilities, delicious breakfast, friendly staff, and convenient location made our stay truly enjoyable.

The room was spotless and had all the necessary amenities like a fridge and kettle. the location was perfect, just a short walk from the beach. We also enjoyed the friendly and accommodating staff who went out of their way to make us feel welcome.

The breakfast time frame was too short, making it difficult to fully enjoy our holiday. the room was a bit small and lacked a chair, and the sink was too small to use comfortably.

I had such a fantastic stay at the Lyndhurst Guest House! The room was incredibly spacious and the bed was the comfiest I've ever slept in. The owners, Darren and Annette, were so accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed and even giving us great recommendations for a night out. The breakfast was absolutely amazing, served with a smile by a friendly staff member. The cozy seating area downstairs was perfect for spending time with friends. The location of the guest house was ideal, right in the heart of the city. I had a fantastic experience at the Lyndhurst Guest House and I will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!
