A Pleasant Surprise

During my recent stay at Manor House, I was pleasantly surprised by the overall experience. Despite some negative reviews, my room was clean and comfortable. The staff, especially one friendly member, went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. The continental breakfast, while not extensive, offered a decent variety. The location was convenient for visiting family in the area. I would recommend this hotel for a satisfactory stay.

The hotel is located in a great area with easy access to the city centre and main attractions. The room was clean and had all the necessary amenities, including a comfortable bed and a TV. The staff were friendly and attentive, always willing to help with any questions or concerns.

My experience at this hotel was marred by the noise levels at night. There was heavy traffic outside which made it difficult to sleep, and the walls were thin so I could hear other guests talking and moving around. Additionally, the breakfast served was a bit disappointing, with limited options and the food being cold. while the location and staff were positive aspects, the noise levels and breakfast experience were disappointing.

The Manor House in Ferryhill was in an excellent location and had convenient parking. The room was cozy, well-heated, and had a fantastic shower. There was ample storage space, complimentary toiletries, and tea/coffee/biscuits provided. The food at the pub was superb, especially the steak and peppercorn sauce. Breakfast options were plentiful and freshly cooked to order. This was a great value stay for £85.

Comfortable rooms with good en suite facilities and tea/coffee amenities. The evening menu offers a great choice of dishes. Breakfast is delicious with options for full English and vegetarian. Convenient location for our visit. Great last-minute deal.

The staff at this hotel were extremely friendly, pleasant, and professional, ensuring that our reunion with friends was a memorable one. The young chef went out of her way to accommodate our food preferences, and the dishes she prepared were absolutely perfect. The hotel itself boasts beautiful gardens, and our rooms overlooked this serene setting. The basic amenities provided in our rooms were more than sufficient for a comfortable stay. Additionally, the breakfast offered a satisfying continental spread, with the option to request cooked-to-order items.

The prices were reasonable and affordable, especially considering the level of service provided. The location of the hotel, particularly its proximity to the eating area of the bar, was convenient and made it easy to enjoy a meal or drink without having to venture far. The rooms, with en-suite facilities, were comfortable and provided all the basic amenities I needed. Lastly, the breakfast offered was hearty and satisfying, allowing me to start my day off on a good note.

My experience at this hotel was great and there was nothing that I felt could be improved upon.
