I had a lovely few days at The Mayfair in Skegness. The hosts, David and Lesley, were warm and welcoming, making me feel at home right away. The room was clean and comfortable, with plenty of towels and a cozy bed. The location was perfect, close to everything yet quiet at night. The breakfast was superb, and the coffee and tea in the room were plentiful. I highly recommend this wonderful hotel for anyone visiting Skegness. I will definitely be returning.

This hotel is situated in a very quiet residential area, away from the seafront, but still within a short walk to the town centre. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities were modern and well-maintained. We were impressed by the spacious and comfortable dining and lounge areas, as well as the large TV available. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast provided was delicious and well-prepared.

I stayed for a couple of nights and it was the perfect location for exploring the town center. The hosts were very friendly and the room was comfortable and clean. I especially appreciated the generous tea/coffee facilities. The breakfast was delicious, although the timing was a bit late for my fishing schedule.

The hotel was located in a quiet area, yet still very near everything. Transportation was convenient, with the clock tower in Skeg within walking distance. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

The Mayfair exceeded our expectations, with the best room we've ever stayed in and fantastic hosts. The owners were welcoming and made us feel at home right away. The room was spacious and had excellent cleaning facilities. The breakfast in the morning was also excellent, with a special mention for the eggs. The location was quiet and just a short walk from the beach. Plenty of parking was available. We would highly recommend this hotel for its value for money.
