We had an incredible stay at the Mayfield Boutique Guest House. The host, Lynn, was so warm and friendly, making us feel right at home. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with an incredible mattress that gave us the best night's sleep. We loved the little touches, like the complementary tea, coffee, water, and crisps, as well as the handy fridge in the room for drinks. The location was perfect, just a few minutes' walk from the cliffs tram station and close to shops. We highly recommend staying here and can't wait to come back!

Shower controls were a little stiff.

Had a great stay with helpful staff. the rooms were clean and beautiful, offering great facilities such as free water and crisps. the location was amazing, only a 2-minute walk from the seaside promenade and 10 minutes from the tower. the breakfast was a real treat too, we ordered a fully cooked English and it was brilliant.

The family suite was a little bit of a misunderstanding. It was a separate floor with two separate bedrooms, and the shower was separate as well.

Lynn is also very accommodating to dogs, allowing them to stay for free. Another great aspect is that Mayfield doesn't provide food, giving guests the option to sleep in or choose their own meals. It's a fantastic hotel overall.

The hotel is just a 2-minute walk away from the beach, with plenty of places to eat nearby. The owner was friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended!
