The Metro in Southport was definitely worth the money. The room was comfortable and squeaky clean, with a newly refurbished ensuite bathroom. Plus, the location was perfect for us, being close to the concert venue. The staff were incredibly helpful and polite throughout our stay.

The breakfast menu could have used a cooked option to make it even better.

The location was perfect, just a short walk to the main attractions. Loved the outdoor seating area where we could relax and enjoy the sunshine. The drinks at the bar were great value too.

The bar music in the evening was a bit too loud and had explicit lyrics, which may not be suitable for all guests. , the breakfast experience could have been better.

The English and continental breakfast options were delicious, especially when enjoyed in the lovely restaurant area. The friendly and helpful service provided by Neil and the Italian waiter truly made my stay memorable. The hotel's modern decor, cleanliness, and enjoyable outside bar area added to the overall experience. I would definitely return for the exceptional service.

We had a fantastic stay at Metro! The staff were incredibly polite and helpful from start to finish. The rooms were lovely, with en-suites and a fresh, new look. We especially enjoyed the delicious Continental style breakfast, with a wide variety of options to choose from, including toast, Danish pastries. The staff even served hot drinks, making the breakfast experience even more enjoyable. the customer service and amenities at Metro were exceptional.

This hotel is a fantastic value for money. The prices are reasonable and the attention to detail is impressive. I was pleasantly surprised by how centrally located it is, close to the train station and shops. It's right in the heart of the town, making it convenient to explore Southport.

The location was excellent, right in the heart of Southport, close to everything. I enjoyed being able to explore the city easily and make the most out of my time here. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were very helpful and polite, making my stay even more enjoyable. The room was spotless and well-furnished, and I appreciated the little extras like bottles of water and ironing facilities. Lastly, the complimentary breakfast served in the well-laid out eating area was a great way to start the day.
