From the moment we entered, the Milestone felt like home. The staff's warmth really stood out, especially Tim, who was always eager to help. Our room had gorgeous views of Kensington Gardens, and the breakfast spread was fit for royalty, perfectly setting us up for the day.

Everything was exemplary, from the beautiful room with cozy touches to the amazing staff making us feel like we were at home. Great amenities, including the concierge who hooked us up with dinner reservations and front row tickets! Breakfast was on point too!

The spa lacked atmosphere and the therapist was late, but the afternoon tea was really choice! Chur to the staff for making our stay pleasant despite the hiccups.

the overall experience was absolutely underwhelming. the Wi-Fi didn’t work well at all, and staff members were polite but not exactly friendly. plus, with the pool having one working resistance pump, you’d think they would check on that before I had to go in. i almost gave a good review, but I just couldn’t.

The staff were just unbelievable! They went out of their way to make my stay special, like leaving chocolates and rose petals in my room. And the food? Eina, the restaurant had such a cozy vibe with a fireplace, really set the mood! Plus, my room had a stunning view!
