The value for money was excellent, with a spacious and beautifully designed suite that felt like a luxurious country lodge. The location was convenient, with Kensington Palace park just across the road. The staff treated us like family, especially towards our 5-month old puppy, and made us feel instantly at home.

The morning meal could have been improved by providing more organized and efficient service.

I recently stayed at a fabulous hotel near Kensington Palace for one night. The staff were warm, friendly, and incredibly helpful. The location was perfect, within walking distance of the bus and train stations, and even Harrods. I loved being able to go jogging in the morning at the palace. The service at this hotel is fantastic, with all the staff treating you well from the moment you arrive. The beautiful decor and facilities, along with special touches like welcome drinks and freshly baked cookies, make this hotel stand out. I can't praise it enough, and I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else in the city.

The bed and bedroom were on the smaller side, which might be a bit cramped for some guests. the shower in the bathroom was cramped and awkward for taller individuals, making it slightly uncomfortable.

The size of the hotel was surprisingly larger than expected, and the pictures didn't do it justice. The afternoon tea was a lovely treat. I highly recommend Milestone Hotel Kensington.
