The value for money at Old Mill was excellent, with a beautiful room, a large and comfy bed, and even a little balcony. The location was stunning, surrounded by beautiful gardens, and the staff were top-notch. Ben, the hotel manager, went above and beyond to ensure great customer service, and the breakfast waitresses were friendly and helpful. A truly dog-friendly place!

We had a delightful stay at a charming hotel nestled right on the River. The location was simply stunning, with beautiful gardens to explore and a lovely conservatory to relax in. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a clean and well-maintained bathroom. The service was friendly and efficient, and the breakfast was delicious. We also enjoyed the view from our room and the facilities provided were a great advantage.

I must say, the attention to detail was impressive, with little touches like cookies and water that were greatly appreciated. Also, the restaurant served delicious food and the breakfasts were cooked to order and absolutely scrumptious.

In terms of facilities, I would have welcomed a lounge area. Nonetheless, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking luxurious comfort and quality services.

As women traveling alone, we loved the peaceful and beautiful grounds with streams, nooks, and seating areas. The spotlessly clean room had great facilities, and the staff were happy, friendly, and very helpful. The location was excellent for exploring the New Forest and the coast. We didn't want to leave.

The restroom cubicles were quite small and uncomfortable to use. the noise from the delivery trucks early in the morning disturbed my sleep.
