We recently spent a luxurious night at this 4-star hotel and we were thoroughly impressed. The location is superb, nestled on a side street in a great neighborhood within a 5-minute walk to the nearest tube station. The convenience of being in the Kensington area is unbeatable and the quiet surroundings ensured a peaceful stay. The hotel staff were exceptional in their service, going above and beyond to make our experience superb. They even helped us with a special request to pack an online shopping return in boxed packaging, which they proactively offered. The room itself was spacious and well-designed, with a comfortable bed that provided us with a restful sleep. The bathroom was clean and functional, and the kitchenette was a wonderful addition to have. We also enjoyed the complimentary wine and snack hour in the early evening. we had a fantastic stay at this venue and will definitely be returning.

In terms of improvements, we did not encounter any negative aspects during our stay. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable experience in a prime location.

The staff were excellent and the rooms were spotlessly clean and well-appointed. The kitchenette facilities were very useful, and the hotel had a stylish and appealing decor. The personal touch of a handwritten card and chocolates for my daughter's birthday was much appreciated. I would definitely stay here again.
