The location of the hotel was fantastic, just a short walk from a major transportation hub and close to many attractions. the room was always kept very clean and had a nice ambience when we returned from our outings. the bed was very comfortable and provided a good night's sleep.

There was some confusion with the room sizes. We booked a large double room but were given a smaller room instead.

My stay in this hotel was fantastic! The location was incredible, right in the heart of the theatre district. It was perfect for shopping, eating, and getting around to all the popular attractions like Buckingham Palace, Parliament, and Westminster Abbey. The room was spacious and had a well-equipped kitchenette, allowing me to save money by cooking my own meals. The staff was friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.

The location of the hotel is amazing, as it is close to Victoria tube station and Buckingham Palace. It is in the centre of where we needed to be, with easy access to all the attractions and an array of restaurants and bars to choose from.

The hotel lacks a restaurant or bar on site, and the staff can be pushy about their "membership", which can significantly increase the rate.

The Resident Victoria's central location was perfect for exploring the city. The mini kitchenette was a thoughtful touch, and the room was quiet and comfortable. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the value for money made it a great choice. I highly recommend this hotel.

We recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience! The location was perfect, with easy access to transportation to all the important landmarks. We were able to explore everywhere from the Buckingham Palace to the Westminster Abbey, and to Trafalgar Square without any hassle. The service provided by the staff was remarkable; they were always prompt and friendly, offering us drinks on arrival and even assisting us with our tour and ticket inquiries. The room was equipped with all the necessary things, including a kitchenette, as well as fantastic amenities like free toiletries and an in-room safe.

Had an amazing Christmas stay, loved the complementary mince pies and mulled wine, such a festive touch! the hotel was perfectly located in the heart of the city, with easy access to all the key attractions we wanted to visit. the staff were friendly and always willing to help. the room had everything we needed, and the bed was super comfy, couldn't ask for more.

The price, it was a bit on the pricey side, but honestly, it was worth it for the location and the festive atmosphere. I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a central hotel in the city to enjoy the Christmas season.
