The New Inn in a beautiful village in the centre of Clapham is an absolute gem. The attention to detail is top-notch, with the rooms on the second floor overlooking a peaceful stream. The location in the centre of the dales offers stunning walks right on the doorstep. The staff are friendly and the basic amenities are all in place, including rooms with a bath and breakfast included on a last minute deal. The breakfast itself is a delight, with fresh coffee on tap and quality produce, such as fresh fruit, to start the day off right.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Clapham. The value for the money was excellent and the room was top-notch. The only thing that could have been better with the breakfast offerings was the sausages being a bit overdone.

Our 2-night stay in this lovely hotel was a great experience. The food was delicious, with locally sourced ingredients and a great selection of wines. The staff was very friendly, providing excellent service and making us feel welcome. the location of the hotel was wonderful, giving us easy access to a nearby attraction and stunning views of the area.

The lack of WiFi in the rooms was a bit disappointing, considering the cost of the room. , on one occasion the beer served at the bar was of poor quality, and the staff didn't seem to listen to our concerns.

The property was beautiful, staff helpful and courteous, very clean, great food, provided torch.

lovely stay, clean room, excellent breakfast, friendly staff, great location for walks in the Yorkshire Dales. New owners have brought a community feel to the bar and restaurant. Tea/coffee facilities in the room were a nice touch. Would definitely return for another visit.
