Great B&B! Room was cozy with lovely fairy lights and the added bonus of a toasty warm heating. the self-check-in process was a breeze, perfect after a long drive. And breakfast was absolutely delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. Loved it!

Only downside was the noise during the night, kept awake by a rowdy group in the bar.

We stayed at The New Inn for a week-long holiday and it was the perfect base for exploring both North and South Devon. The spacious and comfortable room had a modern bathroom with a great shower. Despite being a pub, the location was peaceful and we weren't disturbed by any noise. The breakfast was excellent, and the owners were friendly and welcoming. The central location made it easy to visit all the attractions we wanted to see. Can't forget to mention The Captain, a true gem!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a characterful thatched Inn called New Inn. It was just as good as my previous stay. the room was comfortable and even had a bath, which was a bonus after a long day of walking. the food and beer were excellent, and the bar was home to a wonderful African Grey parrot. the hosts, George and Carol, were fantastic and really looked after their guests. the location was tranquil, and there were plenty of attractions nearby, including beautiful beaches and the city of Exeter.
