I recently stayed at a charming apartment in a vibrant area of the city. It had all the amenities I needed and was surprisingly spacious. Despite a few minor repairs needed, the overall cleanliness and tidiness of the apartment exceeded my expectations. The location was convenient, being close to the Metro Arena, and I felt safe throughout my stay. I would recommend this apartment for its affordability and comfortable ambiance.

The New Mill Apartments in Newcastle provided excellent value for money and the rooms were spacious and well-decorated. The location was convenient with easy access to taxis, a great Lebanese restaurant nearby, and a supermarket just a short walk away. The manager was friendly and accommodating, making our stay enjoyable. I would highly recommend this as an alternative to a hotel for future visits.

The hotel breakfast menu could have been improved with more options and variety.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The apartment was very clean and tidy, with spacious and light rooms. The location was great, as it was not far from the city centre. We were able to walk or take a quick and easy bus ride to reach the city centre. Additionally, there were plenty of restaurants and eateries close by, and a convenient supermarket just behind the apartment. The hotel also provided us with the owner's Netflix account, which was a nice touch and helped to entertain the kids. The hotel's responsiveness and service before and during our stay were excellent.

Plenty of room for the kids to run about. Loved everything, beds were comfy, lovely and clean. Check-in and out was seamless. Convenient location with shops and cafes nearby. Towels, hairdryer, and iron included. Perfect for a group of friends on a budget.

I recently stayed at the New Mill Apartments for a weekend getaway. The Lebanese restaurant below was a standout - highly recommended! The flat was clean, well-appointed, and had a great view of my car. The location was close to town, making it convenient for exploring. The spacious apartment was perfect for our big group, with comfortable bedrooms. The cleanliness was exceptional, and it was a bonus to have towels provided. The staff were friendly and helpful, and having an ASDA shopping store nearby made getting supplies easy. Free WiFi was a great perk. a wonderful experience worth repeating.

Would be happy to recommend this hotel.

loved our stay here! spacious rooms, friendly staff, and great location. the owners went above and beyond to make us feel welcome - even helped with a tv issue and got us extra plates. comfy beds, spotless apartment, and good quality towels. would definitely return when visiting newcastle again.

One small issue - had to wait a while for the owner to arrive upon check-in.

The hotel had really friendly staff who went above and beyond to assist us, especially in finding the right door in the heavy rain. They were also helpful with parking, which was a great relief for me as I had my children and lots of luggage. The rooms were very clean with immaculate bedding and towels. The location was convenient, with plenty of takeaways, shops, and an Asda nearby. The hotel was also a short drive, about 5 minutes in a taxi, from the city centre.

The apartment is in a good location, not far from the city centre and conveniently located near a Tesco shop. It is also on a bus route or just around the corner from taxis, making it easy to get around. there is a restaurant right next to the apartment, providing a convenient dining option for guests. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with comfy beds and clean sheets. The hosts are friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service throughout the stay.

The bathroom facilities could be improved, as some guests mentioned the communal bathroom being crowded and not ideal for families.
