We had a wonderful stay at a lovely hotel by the sea. The York exceeded our expectations with its modern interior and top-class rooms. The balcony of the bar provided a perfect spot to enjoy drinks and excellent food on a beautiful autumn evening. The room was comfortable, especially the bed, and we appreciated the complimentary water, fruit, and cereal. The view from the balcony was stunning, and we loved how close the hotel was to Portstewart. The York is definitely on our shortlist of places to return to.

We recently stayed at a hotel in Portstewart and had a great experience. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and despite some initial teething problems, they were eager to resolve any issues. The room was spacious and clean, with a large bathroom that had clear instructions for using the taps and shower over the bath. We were greeted warmly upon our late arrival, and the bar was still open, allowing us to relax and unwind. Dining options were available in the evening, which was convenient after a long day of traveling. if they can address the initial hiccups, this hotel has the potential to be a nice place to stay.

During my Easter stay at this hotel, I had a fantastic experience. The staff were brilliant and always ready to assist. The bedroom was spacious and comfortable, offering a great view of the sea from the large balcony. The hotel also provided toiletries and a hairdryer in the room, which was convenient.

the price of the drinks was quite high, with an orange juice and lemonade costing £3.90 in a standard glass. I found the shower to be temperamental at times, and despite trying to call reception, I couldn't get through.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! From the moment we walked into reception, we were warmly welcomed by Caroline who made us feel right at home. The room was spacious and well-equipped, with lovely touches like complimentary bottled water and nice toiletries. We enjoyed a delicious dinner in the restaurant, with the main course being the only thing we paid for - the starter and dessert were included! The breakfast spread was huge and the coastal view from our room was breathtaking. The staff were friendly and attentive, making our experience even more enjoyable. We will definitely be returning to this amazing hotel!

Room was spacious with a comfy bed, fancy TV, and even a fan to pretend it was cool. Views were stunning, especially when we discovered we were inches away from a busy road.

The constant food smells and noise from the generator below my room were just delightful additions to my sleepless nights.

Lovely xmas break! the room had a beautiful view of the sea, day or night, so romantic. the staff were all so welcoming and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. We also loved the fact that despite being near a busy road, there was no noise when the windows were closed. Plus, the hotel temperature was cozy and warm, perfect for the chilly winter days.

A slight cooking smell in the hallways, probably from the kitchen. It was appetizing but a little inconvenient.

We had a romantic escape at this hotel and there were a few things we enjoyed. the views were absolutely stunning. We could see the beautiful coastline and it made for a very romantic atmosphere. the restaurant at the hotel was excellent. We had a delicious meal and the staff was very attentive. Lastly, the location of the hotel was perfect. It was close to attractions like Bushmill and Portrush, which made it easy to explore the area.

There were a few negative aspects of our stay. The carpet in the hallways definitely needed replacing, as it looked worn and old.

The daily replenishment of tea, coffee, and water was a nice touch. The bathroom even had underfloor heating! The parking options were convenient, with spaces available in the front and on the street. The breakfast in the conservatory was plentiful and the dinner portions were generous. This place served as a great home base for exploring nearby attractions and the staff was always there to help. A special shoutout to the Housekeeper and reception staff for their kindness. our stay was absolutely fantastic and we cannot wait to come back!

I had an extremely friendly and helpful experience during my stay at a hotel in Portstewart. Nicola, one of the staff members, went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was hassle-free, even taking great care of my baby daughter. Additionally, Darren, another staff member, went out of his way to drive me to the local accident and emergency in the early hours of the morning, showing exceptional kindness. It was truly a personal touch that is often missing in hotel stays. The hotel itself was modern and had a beautiful view from the balcony. I highly recommend this hotel.

As foreign tourists, we loved the spacious bedroom and excellent bathroom. The large balcony offered an amazing view, perfect for enjoying our morning coffee. The staff, especially Caroline, provided top-class customer service. The breakfast was delicious and served by a lovely waitress.
