The breakfast selection was outstanding, with a variety of cereals and a delicious cooked breakfast. The hotel staff were welcoming, friendly, and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the beach and town center. I couldn't fault our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

The Newark offered a tastefully furnished treble room with a 1700-1800 decor theme, outstanding furniture, and a cozy and homely ambiance. The shower had good regulated heat, and the Victorian-style toilet and sink added to the lively atmosphere. The rooms were nicely decorated, with a beautiful sea view. The bed linen was extremely comfy, and the high-quality pillows ensured a restful sleep. The hotel provided a helpful and friendly welcome, and despite being full, it was very quiet. The location was great, with shops just a short walk away, and there was a view of the sea and the big wheel from room number 7. The Newark offered exceptional value for money, and I would definitely stay there again.

enjoyed my relaxing couple of days in bournemouth. decided to stay at this lovely guest house. comfy bed, private toilet & shower, and a homely atmosphere. great location to beach & amenities. welcoming hosts & tasty breakfast.

I had a fantastic stay at Newark. the hosts, Andrew and Terry, were incredibly welcoming and made me feel right at home. the room was clean, well-lit, and had lovely natural airflow. the location was perfect, with the main square and beach just a short walk away. Andrew was very helpful, providing great suggestions for things to do in the area. I highly recommend Newark for its cleanliness, warm welcome, and convenient location.

I had a great stay at The Newark in Bournemouth. The single room was cozy and the bed was really comfortable. The private toilet and shower were clean and conveniently located. The owners put a lot of love into the guest house, and the friendly service made it feel like home. The location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and the beach within walking distance.

A menu for breakfast would have been helpful to know what was included in the fry up, as we weren't fans of eggs. Just a small suggestion to make the breakfast experience even better.
