The bed was very comfortable and it helped me to have a good night's sleep. the staff was really helpful in providing me with directions to nearby attractions and restaurants. It was great to have easy access to public transportation, which is located just a few steps away from the hotel. the location was perfect for my business trip.

The heating was not working properly in my room. It was uncomfortably hot, even with both windows open and the fan on.

The room had everything we needed, including fluffy towels and bath products. The bed was a fabulous super king size, a real treat. The hospitality tray was well stocked and everything was clean. The breakfast was excellent, we really enjoyed it. we had a great stay and would recommend this hotel.

We're staying in a fantastic hotel right on the seafront with excellent views over the Wyre estuary. The location is perfect, with a tram stop just a minute away, making it easy to explore the area. The restaurant is superb, offering delicious meals and great service. Our room is spacious and comfortable, with high ceilings and a lovely view. The bathroom is clean and functional, though a bit dated. The breakfast is delicious, with a good variety to choose from.

The hotel could use more ramps for easier accessibility.

I recently had a wonderful 5-day long weekend break at a hotel in Fleetwood, and I was thoroughly impressed with my stay. the hotel's location was fantastic, as it was right opposite the seafront and very close to the tram station. This made it incredibly convenient for exploring the area and enjoying a day of dancing in Blackpool. Additionally, the hotel itself was well-appointed, with nice rooms that had all the basic amenities I needed. Although my room at the back of the hotel was a bit tight for space due to a pram & doll convention, it was still very comfortable. Lastly, the breakfast at the hotel was fantastic, with plenty of choices for everyone. The hot breakfast options were well-cooked and there was a variety of dishes to choose from.

My stay at this hotel was excellent and I had a very enjoyable time.
