The hotel's location was super convenient, staff were mind-blowingly friendly and welcoming. Darren went above and beyond to make sure I had a productive day. The hotel facilities were jaw-droppingly good. Great value for money. Thank you!

Great location near New Year events and convenient parking. Room was clean and had all necessary amenities. The staff were friendly and accommodating, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The breakfast was delicious, especially the scrambled eggs.

The carpets and fittings could use some updating as they appeared old and shabby. It was a bit noisy at night, which affected our sleep.

The hotel provided excellent value for money with its warm and welcoming staff, clean and comfortable rooms, and delicious food. The venue was conveniently located near main roads, making it easy to get to Durham and Barnard Castle. It was also a great base for walking, with stunning scenery all around.

The hotel was not without its faults. Some guests complained of ongoing renovations that affected their stay, while others found the rooms to be outdated and uncomfortable.

The hotel had a Thai restaurant, although it was being refurbished during my stay. a great experience and I look forward to trying the restaurant next time I visit.
