The hotel was spacious and comfortable, with a large bed that was incredibly comfortable. The rainforest shower in the room was a pleasant surprise, and the added extras like hair and body wash, conditioner, soap, and moisturizer were a nice touch. The location was fantastic, right on the high street but away from the busier shopping area, making it peaceful and convenient. The building exterior was lovely and the interior bar and dining areas were stylish and comfortable.

The room was stifling hot even with both windows open and the towel radiator off, making it difficult to sleep comfortably. there seemed to be some noise from other residents, which affected the overall tranquility.

The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a bonus, and we enjoyed sitting outside on the garden furniture. The welcome drink was a nice touch and made us feel valued as guests.
