This hotel is an absolute gem! The first thing that stood out to me was the incredible value for money. For such an affordable price, I had everything I needed and more. Waking up to the sound of the waves crashing was simply magical. And let's not forget the delicious breakfast they served, a perfect start to the day.

The location of the hotel was great, with a lovely sea view and easy access to public transport. The room being on the ground floor was perfect for my mobility needs. The onsite parking was a bonus. The young lady who cleaned our room was very polite and helpful. The shared kitchen had good facilities, and there were plenty of dining options nearby. I would recommend this hotel for its value for money.

I recently stayed at The Norton in Hartlepool for a family vacation. The hotel is brand new and impeccably clean. The location is stunning, with beautiful views of the sea from our room. Una, the manager, was incredibly friendly and made sure our room was stocked with enough toiletries for our family of five. The beach is right by the hotel and there are plenty of shops and restaurants within a short drive. I highly recommend this place!
