our stay at the charming hotel in ramsgate was delightful. the room had a breathtaking view of the harbor, and the staff were incredibly friendly. we were pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail, with complimentary water, a selection of tea and coffee, and luxurious towels. overall, an excellent experience.

the egg was undercooked, and the bacon had a strange taste.

I had a great stay at a hotel right next to the harbor. The room was spacious and the bath was deep, which was perfect for relaxation. The staff provided me with an iron and ironing board promptly. I also appreciated the soft towels in the room. Despite a wedding reception happening, the hotel was able to manage the noise level effectively, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel had a fantastic location right opposite the sandy beach, making it perfect for a stroll or a swim. it was conveniently situated by the harbour, providing guests with picturesque views. The room was clean and the bathroom was well-maintained. The staff were kind, friendly, and helpful. The hotel also offered various facilities such as a bar and restaurant, and the rooms were equipped with a comfy bed and clean bathroom.

There was some noise disturbance from an extractor fan downstairs which could disrupt a peaceful sleep.

Lovely room with a breathtaking view. The room was very clean and spacious with a large sitting area. Great amenities with coffee making facilities. The terrace had a great selection of food at very decent prices. Literally 2 minutes away from the sandy beach. We had a romantic escape and the location was perfect for that.

The rooms were a bit dated and the bathroom was a bit cramped. Noise from the bars on Saturday night was a bit bothersome, but my partner and I had such a comfortable bed, it didn't affect our sleep too much.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, resolving any issues quickly. The cleanliness standards were high throughout the hotel, including the bathroom which had a good shower. Additionally, the hotel is close to the High Street shops, pubs, and restaurants, providing easy access to dining and entertainment options. Transportation is also convenient, with nearby bus stops for frequent services to the Railway Station and other local towns.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was superb, as it was very close to the marina where we were attending a 60th Birthday celebration. Additionally, it was right opposite the sandy beach, providing us with a beautiful view. The hotel facilities were great, with clean and well-maintained rooms. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. Moreover, the breakfast served in the adjacent cafe was satisfactory, with a good selection of hot food.

Best aspects of my stay were the clean and comfortable room, as well as the location in the center of town. It felt homely for the one night I stayed. Conveniently, the hotel was within walking distance to local shops, the harbor, and transport links. It was great to be able to explore the area easily without having to rely on transportation.

Worst aspect of my stay was the noise level in the evenings. There was a nearby strip of late-night bars that caused quite a disturbance at closing time, which was around 2 am.

Attended a nearby 60th Birthday celebration, but also close to shops and amenities. Friendly staff, well-presented room with great amenities. Excellent deal with car park available at reception. Comfortable bed, lovely bathroom, and a nice big television. Convenient location near shops, restaurants, and a great beach. The lady at reception is amazing and very helpful. Delicious breakfast and fantastic room view.
