The location of the hotel was great, right in the heart of a charming village. It was close to many attractions and provided a quiet atmosphere. the room I stayed in was large, cozy, and had a nice ambiance.

The breakfast at the hotel was not up to par. the quality was inconsistent, and on one occasion, there wasn't even a cooked breakfast available.

The room I stayed in at Oak House was incredibly spacious and comfortable, providing me with plenty of space to relax and unwind. Although there were some minor maintenance issues, it didn't detract from the overall pleasantness of the room.

Upon entering the hotel, there was a noticeable smell of gas. It was concerning that this issue hadn't been addressed sooner.

The pub, located next to a charming church with a clock bell that could be heard loudly throughout the night, provided a cozy atmosphere. The staff was welcoming and helpful, and the well-appointed room ensured a comfortable stay. The restaurant was busy, offering a variety of options, and the breakfast, served by a friendly staff member, was excellent. the hotel's location between all main areas made it convenient for exploring the village.

One negative aspect was the limited parking options outside the hotel, especially during the daytime.

We had a wonderful romantic escape at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and the service was excellent. The restaurant area was beautifully decorated and comfortable, and the food was absolutely amazing. We also enjoyed the fact that our room had a cozy two-seater couch and a wide screen TV. The location was perfect as well, with plenty of historical charm and attractions nearby.

There were a couple of minor issues. The rooms could have been a bit cleaner, as we noticed some dust here and there.

My weekend getaway was quite pleasant. the room I stayed in had a clear view of the medieval square which was quite an experience. I was also offered a box of roses and a welcome card, which made me feel at home. the staff was approachable and showed the willingness to help. the location of the hotel is also very convenient, close to many shops and restaurants. the food options in the hotel were quite satisfactory. the chef was knowledgeable and explained the recipes and ingredients which was a plus point.

The hotel had a few maintenance issues here and there, but I'm nitpicking here. the room did not have enough sachets of coffee and milk to make drinks.

The hotel is situated in a great spot in the Square with free parking available nearby. I had a good stay at Oak House and would recommend it.
