the room I stayed in was spacious, with a cozy atmosphere and a large, comfy bed. the breakfast offered was exceptional, with a variety of delicious options to choose from.

The staff at The Old Bell were amazing, the atmosphere was fantastic, and I loved the historic charm of the 16th-century building. the bedroom lacked mirrors and natural light. The bed was comfy, but the room had issues with lighting, heating, and cleanliness. Despite this, the pub itself was lovely, and the food was exceptional. The flexible check-in/out times were a plus, but the early bin collection and late breakfast hours were inconvenient for work travelers.

The database provided was incredibly comprehensive, with a user-friendly interface making it easy to navigate and search. the room I stayed in was impeccably clean and tidy, creating a very comfortable and relaxing environment.

Although the database was mostly fantastic, I did notice that the search function was a bit slow at times, causing some delays in finding specific information.

Staff were mind-blowing, made me feel like family. Fast service, delicious food, SUPER accommodating.

We struggled with dim lights, noisy radiator, and stuffy room from smokers outside. There was no bin, inconvenient mirrors, and no wardrobe for formal clothes. the shower was a challenge to use, like stepping back in time. Overall I suggest this hotel for improvements.
