We absolutely loved our stay at this charming and spacious flat right in the centre of Arundel. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore the historical town with its pubs, restaurants, castle, and cathedral. We were amazed by the beautiful Christmas lights and decorations that added to the romantic atmosphere. The landlady was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The flat itself had lots of character, with tasteful decoration and all the amenities we needed. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. this place felt like a real gem.

The parking was a bit of a challenge, as there were limited spaces available on the street. Also, the proximity to the pub on the corner meant that there was some noise from late-night drinkers.

Some noise from the neighbors' TV made it necessary to use earplugs and a sound machine in one of the bedrooms. Parking in front of the building was limited, so we had to park on a nearby street and move the car by 10 am each day.

The flat itself was very clean, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Additionally, the breakfast cereals left for me to use and the pint of milk in the fridge on arrival were a thoughtful touch.

Great location, easy to pick up keys and managed to park right outside which was a bonus. the town was easily accessible on foot. the beds were really comfortable and the apartment had lots of character. It was mostly quiet, except for some noise from the pub over the road, but it didn't bother us. Plus, the host was very welcoming and made us feel at home.

The sitting room sofa and chairs were past their best, and the kitchen facilities were not up to today's standards. There were some cleanliness issues, like leftover food in the microwave and food stuck to the table.
