I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were cosy and spotlessly clean, with special touches like delicious biscuits and chocolates. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were attentive and kind. The location was perfect, close to Fountains Abbey and the beautiful Dales, and only a short drive from the A1.

We had a fantastic stay at the Old Coach House. the room was spacious, immaculate, and had all the amenities we needed. the attention to detail, like the handwash and antiseptic wipes, made us feel safe during these times. the staff was friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast was delicious with a great selection of local produce. the location was perfect, with a lovely courtyard to enjoy and a fantastic pub just across the road. We can't wait to visit again!

The room we stayed in was smaller than expected and had an annoying light nuisance from the emergency exit unit above the bedroom door. the flashing smoke detector on the ceiling also provided an unexpected light show, which was not ideal for a comfortable sleep. While the breakfast had a nice variety of choices, we found it overpriced for what essentially was a regular full English breakfast with a side of cereal. the room and breakfast did not meet our expectations.

The location was quite isolated, especially during the Christmas period. There wasn't much to do in the surrounding area and the only pub nearby was closed, leaving us with limited options for entertainment.

Lovely welcome, helpful lady called ahead. Idyllic and relaxing location with spacious and comfortable rooms. Delicious pre-ordered breakfast left outside room.

We have visited Old Coach House four times now, which speaks for itself! the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff is very friendly. We enjoyed taking a stroll in the peaceful and relaxing local area. Breakfast provided vegan options, and the staff showed their attentiveness by asking about further options for the future. the location is picturesque, and the rooms are beautifully presented to a high standard. Homemade biscuits welcomed us, and the breakfast in the morning was delicious. an exceptional and welcoming place to stay.

the old coach house was a delightful surprise during our recent trip to ripon. from the picturesque setting to the lovely room with added amenities, it exceeded our expectations. the breakfast in bed was a special touch that made our stay even more enjoyable. we will definitely be back!
