I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were warm and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The rooms were beautifully adorned with high-quality furniture and beds, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. The amenities provided, such as bottled water, face towels, and coffee and tea making facilities, were a nice touch. The hotel also had an excellent restaurant, where I enjoyed a first-class meal. Additionally, the location was perfect, situated on the sea and close to the next bay at Traigh, offering stunning views and easy access to outdoor activities.

The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of a charming village, right on the waterfront. One of the best things about my stay was waking up to a breathtaking view of the sea from my room. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to ensure I had a comfortable stay. The rooms were tastefully decorated and I loved having a balcony overlooking the colorful little garden.

All was impeccable, no complaints whatsoever.

However, one positive aspect was the location. It was conveniently located near popular attractions and it was easy to explore the surrounding area. Another plus was the food. The meals were delicious and there was a good variety to choose from. The restaurant offered a pleasant dining experience with friendly staff. This was definitely one of the highlights of my stay.

The rooms were outdated and in need of a renovation. They felt old and lackluster, not at all what I expected for the price I paid.

The hotel is located right on the beach road, offering stunning views of the sea. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with fluffy towels and a hot shower in the bathroom. The service provided by the owners is friendly and welcoming. The restaurant serves excellent food, including the best Cullen Skink ever.

The overgrown garden and the back wall of the guesthouse could use some maintenance.

Had a tremendous evening meal at the Old Library & Lodge, with friendly staff and great views of the harbour. The bedroom was comfortable and had a nice view, with all the necessary amenities provided. The ensuite also had a heated towel rail and soft towels. The breakfast was freshly cooked and had a good variety. The location in the quiet village was perfect, with easy access to ferry rides and beautiful beaches.

The value for money at Old Library & Lodge was excellent, with a comfortable and well-furnished twin room, complete with a patio that caught the afternoon sun. The location on the harbour front provided stunning views, and the staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly.

I recently stayed at The Old Library & Lodge for a few nights and it was absolutely delightful. From the moment I arrived, Penny, David, and the staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. The room was spacious, spotless, and had plenty of storage. I loved the luxurious touch of fluffy towels and a face cloth. The bed was incredibly comfortable and there were spare sheets and pillows available. The view of the sea from the room was truly relaxing, day or night. The dinner choices were excellent, featuring delicious seafood and local game cooked to perfection. a fantastic stay with friendly and hospitable hosts.

The hotel is ideally located on the shore in Arisaig, in the centre of town, offering breathtaking views of the islands. The rooms are spacious with comfortable beds and good bathrooms. The staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. The breakfast options are delicious and satisfying. there is easy free parking and a good selection of beer and wine.

The only downside is the lack of a bar in the hotel, but guests can easily find one nearby at the Spar shop next door.

stayed in a gem of a hotel in arisaig for a budget stay and it exceeded my expectations. friendly staff, spacious room with beautiful garden view, and the highlight was the delicious lamb dish for dinner. breakfast had a great selection too. definitely recommend for skye travelers or exploring the area!
