We loved the cleanliness of the room and the delicious breakfast cooked to perfection. the hotel facilities were top-notch, including lovely gardens and a dedicated parking space. the location just off the village centre was ideal for exploring the area with ease.

Nestled in an enchanting old Manor House, this lovely B&B offers a prime location right next to a small convenience store. With its beautiful garden area, guests can relax and unwind in a serene setting. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a modern kitchen and well-stocked cupboards. The bathrooms are roomy and clean, featuring a wet room for easy access. The hosts are friendly and helpful, going the extra mile to make guests feel welcome. The breakfast is wonderful, with warm croissants, fresh fruit salad, and a delicious full English breakfast. A true hidden gem!

The step over the bath to get into the shower may be challenging for older guests.

We really enjoyed our Easter stay! The cottage had everything we needed and the hosts were very welcoming. The key location was perfect, with the seal sanctuaries just a short distance away. It was amazing to see the seals up close in their natural habitat. We also loved the unspoiled Lincolnshire Wolds, which provided great walking opportunities. Additionally, the loft conversion in the cottage was a hit with the kids, they absolutely loved it!

There was one aspect that disappointed us during our stay. The breakfast provided was lovely, but there was no black pudding, which was a letdown for some of our family members.
