The staff were friendly and helpful, always making sure we had everything we needed. the hotel itself was nicely decorated, giving it a cozy and old-fashioned feel. the food served at the hotel's restaurant was delicious, and we enjoyed every meal we had there.

There were a few aspects of our stay that we didn't enjoy. the room we were given was incredibly small, and the bathroom was even smaller, which made it uncomfortable to move around.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, with a supermarket next door and a short walk to both the train station and the church where we were attending a wedding. The view from the room was lovely, overlooking the beautiful architecture of the nearby buildings.

the whole character of the hotel, from the beautiful exterior to the tastefully converted interior, had such a charming atmosphere. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our experience even more enjoyable. the restaurant meals were excellent and we especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast, especially the egg royale. the location was perfect, with a supermarket nearby and a short walk to the train station, making it convenient for exploring both Bristol and Bath without the need for a car.

Easter at this hotel was outstanding. the staff were amazing, and the location was superb; everything was within walking distance, including the train station and town. the rooms were great, and the cleanliness was beyond my expectations. the evening meals and breakfast menu were wonderful and of high quality.

The rooms had a limited space, especially for families with kids, and the shower room was quite small. the parking space was inadequate for the number of guests, and I had to find another parking lot.
