Our room at Oyo The Old Mill was clean and newly decorated, and the shower was nice. We also enjoyed having a hot tub all to ourselves. The location was great, and we loved exploring the nearby area, including the charming town of Yarm. our stay was pleasant and we would recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at the Old Mill. the two ladies who greeted us were incredibly friendly and helpful. Our room, the hot tub room, was clean, bright, and lovely. the grounds were beautiful and we enjoyed the company of other guests. It was great to have plenty of tables to sit out and enjoy the atmosphere. We had a delicious evening meal at the Fox Covert and then relaxed in the hot tub. it was a perfect combination for a relaxing night away. We can't wait to return in August.

loved our stay here! the two ladies who greeted us were friendly and helpful. stayed in a clean and bright hot tub room. enjoyed the friendly atmosphere with other guests. quick taxi ride to yarm for drinks and dinner. perfect combination of relaxation and fun. can't wait to come back in august!

The room was immaculately clean and the reception staff were very friendly. the location was perfect, with a lovely pub nearby that served great food. Although I didn't use it, they also had a hot tub available. the grounds were beautiful and there were plenty of tables to sit out and enjoy the company of other guests. it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience. I'll definitely be back in August!

Had a great Christmas stay at this hotel. the room was clean and tidy, and the bed was very comfortable. the hot tub was amazing and perfect for relaxing after a long day. the location was excellent, with everything we needed just a short walk away. the breakfast served at the nearby pub was delicious. We also appreciated the privacy that came with having our own separate room.

There was no one to greet us upon arrival, and we had to figure things out on our own. We also wished there were more amenities to make our stay more enjoyable, such as a fridge and better instructions for the coffee machine.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was absolutely beautiful, surrounded by peaceful countryside and with a charming local pub nearby. The owners, Andy and Zoe, were incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. We loved chatting with them and getting to know their fascinating story. As avid cyclists, we were thrilled to have access to safe country roads with stunning views. It truly was a memorable and comfortable stay!

We got great value for our money at Oyo The Old Mill. The room was spacious, clean, and had a nice shower and comfy bed. The location was ideal, with a quiet surroundings and a nearby pub. The staff were friendly and accommodating, even allowing us to cook breakfast in their kitchen.

The hot tub room was clean, bright, and lovely, with all the amenities we needed. The grounds were beautiful, and we enjoyed the company of other guests in a relaxed holiday atmosphere. The hotel is conveniently located near The Fox Covert, where we had a delicious evening meal. The room was decorated for Valentine's Day, and we even received complimentary drinks and chocolates. We had a perfect combination of a night out and a relaxing soak in the hot tub. Thank you, The Old Mill, for a lovely stay!
