We loved the nostalgic railway theme throughout the hotel, it was a unique touch that added character. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. The food in the restaurant was top-notch, with a tasty and well-presented menu. The room we stayed in was excellent, and the luxurious bath was the perfect way to relax after a long day of exploring. the hotel was clean, comfortable, and full of charm.

Our stay at the Old Railway Porton was fantastic. The staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. We had an issue with the TV in our room, and within minutes, someone was sent up to fix it. When they couldn't resolve the problem, the chef even came to help. We were quickly moved to another room, which was amazing. The room itself was clean and comfortable, with ample amenities like soaps and teas. The continental breakfast, although served only on weekdays, was excellent. The hotel is also conveniently located near nice eateries in the area. Despite some minor noise during pub hours, our stay was overall peaceful and enjoyable. I highly recommend the Old Railway Porton for its hospitality and comfortable accommodations. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a great stay.

As young people, we loved the friendly and helpful staff. The evening meal, especially the Pie of the day, was excellent. The staff responded professionally when we had an issue. The facilities in the room were excellent and the rooms themselves were very attractive. Privacy was a bonus with beautiful views of the farm fields and countryside from our windows.
