Nice breakfast, freshly made juice. We could park on the premises which was great. Our room was quite spacious.

The bathroom had carpet which was not nice at all. The curtains were very thin which made it hard to sleep in the morning.

The location of this guest house is perfect, with two great pubs and a convenience store nearby. It's a great base for exploring both Devon and Cornwall's coast, and the area itself is absolutely beautiful. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with ample storage space and top-quality fittings. The hosts are welcoming and knowledgeable about the area, and the breakfasts are fantastic. The view from the rooms is also lovely, with birdlife in the garden.

The wifi and phone connections can be a bit unreliable due to the thick walls in the building.

The phone signal and WiFi connection could be a bit unreliable at times, which might inconvenience those who require a constant connection. , some of the roads near the hotel were narrow and challenging to drive due to being single-lane tracks, so it's best to stick to main routes if you're not a confident driver.

The Old School House in Yelverton really gave us great value for our money. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious, and the hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The location was also perfect for exploring the nearby park.

Menu for breakfast could use some improvement, especially in terms of temperature control for the shower.

I had a wonderful stay at a lovely conversion of an old school building. The accommodation was clean, spacious, and quiet. Maxine and Chris, the owners, made me feel very welcome upon arrival. The complimentary extras, such as fresh fruit, milk, soft drinks. The room was cozy, with a high ceiling and a small fridge for fresh milk. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic, with delicious locally sourced and homemade food. a delightful experience and I will definitely be returning in the future.
