Fantastic hospitality, friendly staff, great atmosphere, excellent food and drinks, clean and comfortable rooms.

Nothing, all excellent.

The staff were friendly and accommodating, making our romantic escape more enjoyable. The room was cozy and clean, providing a comfortable atmosphere for relaxation. We also appreciated the convenient location, with easy access to local shops and a green space for leisurely walks.

Our peaceful retreat was marred by the extremely loud music playing directly under our room from 6.30pm to 10.30pm. The booming bass and drums made the bed springs vibrate, disrupting our tranquility.

the old ship inn in lowdham exceeded our expectations! the staff went above and beyond to make my daughter's 40th birthday special, with decorations in our room and at our table. the food was outstanding and the rooms were clean and comfortable. highly recommended!

Something was missing.

The room at the Old Ship Inn was clean and comfortable, giving us a cozy place to relax after a long day of sightseeing. We enjoyed a delicious dinner and a pint at the pub, followed by a tasty breakfast in the morning. The staff was incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. I would definitely choose to stay here again. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. Its location in a pretty village, close to our intended destination, was perfect. The hotel had a great atmosphere with a good choice of drinks, including live music. The staff provided excellent service and the basic amenities were clean and comfortable. The room itself was clean and cosy, with plenty of tea and coffee available. The breakfast served was made to order and excellent, setting us up for the day without needing a refill until nighttime.

During our stay, we had a great time and we couldn't be happier with the service. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We loved the location of the hotel, as it was easy to get around the area. The food was really good, and we enjoyed the discount on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. the rooms were exceptionally clean and had an extra supply of tea and coffee. We really appreciated the personal touch of being escorted to our room on arrival.

There were a couple of minor downsides, the bathrooms did need a bit of attention, but they were still clean and perfectly usable. We did notice some noise from the beer garden late at night, but that was only because we had the windows open.

I recently stayed at a charming inn in a lovely village. The room was simple, but comfortable, and the beds were very cozy. The entire place was spotlessly clean, which is always a plus. The highlight of my stay was the staff, who were absolutely excellent. They were attentive, pleasant, and went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience.

I must mention one small drawback. In the evenings, there was loud music coming from below my bedroom.

The value for money was great, the room was cozy and comfortable. The location was perfect for the gig we attended, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive.

The breakfast offerings could be improved with a wider variety of options.

We recently stayed at a lovely little spot that had just opened. The atmosphere in the pub and restaurant was fantastic, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The location was great, and we even received a special surprise for my daughter's 40th birthday. The room was comfortable and clean, and the food was of high quality. Despite a minor inconvenience with noise from the pub below, we still had a good night's sleep. we would highly recommend this hotel.
